Return Policy

A&A Lighting Design Center will accept returns within 30 days of order arrival. It is the obligation of the customer to notify A&A Lighting of any damaged or defective items upon receipt of the order. Returns will only be accepted if the product is returned in its original packaging and suitable for resale. All returned product MUST contain all items and packaging material. Any item that is returned and is not damaged or defective will be subject to a restocking fee of 25%. Also, any special order items, builder-based orders, custom made products, or items that are not in their original state will not be accepted as returned goods.In order to return a product you must request an Return Goods Authorization number (RGA). T o receive an RGA number simply go to the online Customer Service link and follow the instructions. You will receive a response within 24 hours.

Shipping costs for returned items will be the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise instructed by our customer services.

It is your responsibility to read the terms of this sales process before making a purchase. We are committed to creating an excellent buying experience for all of our customers, but we also must presume that our customers are aware of our terms and policies.

You can register with our website if you would like to receive our catalog as well as updates on our new products and services. Information you submit on our website will not be used for this purpose unless you fill out the registration form and choose to receive information.

We use non-identifying and aggregate information to better design our website and to share with advertisers. For example, we may tell an advertiser that X number of individuals visited a certain area on our website, or that Y number of men and Z number of women filled out our registration form, but we would not disclose anything that could be used to identify those individuals.
